How many accounts can be linked to a profile?
You can link one (1) account per profile.
Can I play the game without a Facebook account?
Yes, but we highly recommend you to link your Facebook account to play and compete with your friends!
Where is the game available?
The game is currently available in Early Access in Google Play Store only. It will soon be available in Apple App Store. Please stay tuned for announcements!
Can I use multiple devices for the game?
You sure can! Just login using your Google account, but remember, you cannot be logged in with the same account on two or more devices at a time.
How do I disconnect my Facebook account from the email address I used to sign up for the game?
Unfortunately, you cannot disconnect your Facebook account from the email address you used to sign up for the game.
Will my account and progress be lost if I uninstall the game?
Not at all! Simply log in again using your Google Account to pick up where you left off.
How do I earn Coins?
The easiest way is to play SpongeBob Run! As you play, you will earn additional Coins for checking-in daily, completing Daily and Weekly Missions and accomplishing Achievements.
What are Achievements and Daily Missions?
They are various tasks and goals a player must accomplish in order to earn rewards.
What are Pets?
Pets provide additional boost during gameplay when equipped with your Character that you can buy and upgrade.
When will new games be available?
Additional games in the Game Station will be available soon. Announcements will be made when a new game is to be released, so please stay tuned!
How do I use a Coupon Code?
You can enter your Coupon Code in Settings to earn a respective discount or reward.
What is the name of the game currency used in SpongeBob Game Station?
SpongeBob Game Station has game currencies called “Coins” and “Diamonds”.
Is there any special promotion for purchasing Diamonds?
Yes, there is! You will receive bonus Diamonds if you buy more than 75 Diamonds at once.
What payment gateways are available?
Currently, we only accept credit and debit cards for purchase. More options may be added in the near future at which point, it will be announced on our website and SNS.
How can I use multiple accounts?
If you are using multiple accounts, you can log out of your game by simply navigating to Settings.
Follow the instructions below to re-login:
- From the SpongeBob Game Station Home Screen tap the Gear button at the top right side.
- Navigate to Settings, tap the “About” tab and then logout. A notification will appear asking for confirmation.
- Upon tapping on Yes button, it will prompt to choose an account that you’re going to use for logging in to the game.
- As the message “Please restart the game” appears, just press ok and it’s done!
The game keeps freezing/crashing. What should I do?
We advise you to check if your device meets the minimum requirements and to close other apps to make sure that nothing is interfering with the game. If the problem continues, please contact our CS Team at support@blueark.com or by filling in the inquiry form at the bottom of this page.
I am having trouble connecting to the game. What should I do?
SpongeBob Game Station requires a stable Wi-Fi, 4G or 3G data connection, but we highly recommend using Wi-Fi for the best game experience. If you continue to experience a connection issue, please contact our Customer Support at support@blueark.com.
